An effort to encourage bitcoin mining by making miners tax-free has been blocked by Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs. Some people still want the bill to be passed, and some people think that Bitcoin mining isn't something that should be exempt from tax.
Right to mine
Montana and Arkansas have passed "Right to Mine" bills that would protect the rights of miners. This means if bills are signed by governors, miners will benefit as mining will become their right.
