Trade before launch
Binance's pre-market spot trading allows users to trade tokens before their official listing. Launchpool users will continue to get airdrops; they are eligible to sell in pre-market trades. Whatever happens, whales like Justin Sun will gain from it.
Will this counter whale?
To stop Whale, persons with more than a certain number of spot accounts are prohibited from buying but not from selling. But that is not foolproof. Whales are known to buy from somewhere else and dump on elsewhere.
