Starting a new thing is always difficult but more difficult is to convince others about that thing. Because its people never accept new things earlier. It's even more difficult when convincing the government institutions about something to get approval for it. Lots of legal hurdles are there for accepting that thing. Sometimes new rules or amendments are needed to fulfill the requirements.
Now the founder of Facebook Mark Zuckerberg facing the same situation after the announcement of launching crypto named Libra. It's Considered as the Bitcoin alternate. He is going to present his case in front of the U.S Congress. So some parts of his testimony he is going to present are:
“The idea behind Libra is that sending money should be as easy and secure as sending a text message. Libra will be a global payments system, fully backed by a reserve of cash and other highly liquid assets.”
