My Withdraw to Kucoin in 2,5 Week Limbo

Hello guys, after my loosing trade I decided to open a new position however, my withdraw has not been credited for more than 2 weeks now making this whole bankroll booster challenge a long long journey. 

I have contacted Kucoin and first replay came last Thursday, they said to verify with Publish0x because they only pay out bonuses - very bizarre.

Is the partnership with Kucoin quietly  ending? 

It is not the first time this has happen previously I was waiting for the withdraw to be credited because people had days of due to Chinese new year, but this time I have no explanation…

It is going into third week that I will not be able to request withdraw because of pending status on publish. 

Honestly this situation is not what web3 stands for it is suppose to function better than regular bank but this experience makes it a failed belief!
