Over this last year I have observed many naysayers finally coming to terms with Bitcoin. One of the stand out players that seems to have ramped up his frequency promoting Bitcoin is none other than the author of Rich Dad Poor Dad - Robert Kiyosaki. Here is an example of one of his recent videos where he claims he is now actively buying up bitcoin due to its performance against gold and silver:
Video posted: 28th Dec 2020
In the video Robert explains how he has been investing in gold and silver for many years and is now starting to focus attention on Bitcoin. He slams the dollar and highlights just how much the value of fiat money can fluctuate over a few decades.
Now it doesn't matter if you like the guy, in fact I know plenty of people that call him a furu and compare him to the likes of Grant Cardone, but the point is he does have two things: Money & Influence. If he is actively putting money into the bitcoin market and more importantly convincing his other wealthy friends/ army of loyal followers to jump aboard the BTC train, then I see that as a positive!
I'd love you hear what your opinion of the guy is but more importantly do you think his promoting of bitcoin is a win for the crypto community?
Thanks for reading!
