Why is Sweat Economy a joke?

customer service team is the worst, they don't answer your questions or leave you hanging.  I have reported many bugs for over a year, and no one ever asked where or how.  The spin and WIN SECTION keeps looping for over a month with no fix, reported it three weeks ago.  

The walking rewards are something to laugh at. The most you can get for walking all day is less than one SWEAT at 0.01245. A big problem is that if you want to send your SWEAT to exchanges it will eat away half of your earnings from gas or transaction fees. Again that's if you can find any exchanges that accepts SWEAT.  

What's with needing to have two apps?  the first app is a marketing nightmare or scam that collects SWEATCOINS.  This app is loaded with ads and coupons that use you sweatcoins, but this coupons are given in every other site around the world without using any coins.  To get friends to join you, you have to make sure they get that marketing app and than the SWEAT wallet app before earning they can start earning. I have got many friends to join and still have not got my rewards.   This two apps SWEATCOIN and SWEAT WALLET are terrible loaded with bugs. 

Don't get me wrong, I really think they can do a better job and the project can work. I find the team lazy and need to hire good people. I really like the idea they had, but will see if they go back to fundamentals.  I do like that they give the community the vote for what to do with future coins, and mayor future projects. Lots of good things, my frustration is the lack of customer service on social media.
