Uphold
A lot of people, more particular, Mainstream are getting into crypto more and more everyday. It seems like no matter how many conversations you overhear in a day, or have, Lol, something about crypto has to come up. Whether it be; the next up coming bull run, bear run, or even the different types of crypto, more specifically, Bitcoin, but how does one go about acquiring Bitcoin? Can they get it at their bank? Do you have to go through a broker, a stockbroker? There's no way I couldn't just go on the internet and just buy it without a third party taking their damned tithings, commission, could there? Well yes and no. You definitely don't need someone to hold your hand like the stock market tries to force you to do. In fact, you can get Bitcoin, or should I broaden the topic, cryptocurrency, at the push of a button. Remember this is Earth and humans inhabit it unfortunately, so there's always gonna be some vulture with their tollbooth set up right outside the road to the fresh river after seeing how many people enjoy and come to rely on it, so your not gonna find an exchange that's totally ridden of fees is what I'm saying. For those who don't know an exchange is like a farmer's market, but for crypto online. There are an endless wave of exchanges fighting an endless war with each other for your business. Now, in reality, it may seem like they could care less about your money and are actually going out of their way to make you never return, but they are, in fact, quietly wanting your business.
One of these companies, exchanges, is Uphold. Arguably the most popular and at the same time least popular, therefore making it the most popular by number of people knowing of them, regardless of difference of opinion. I, for one, use Uphold and it is currently my most appreciated exchange. Their easy-to-use, reliable, and "up"...front( yes I did) ways are what can make, or break an exchange. Disclaimer I am not sponsored by Uphold. Funny story. I just recently got my account froze for the stupidest reason, let's just sum up I owe 9 dollars and I have 50 in my account. It's been over 15 days and they won't take their money, or let me do anything besides deposit, of course. Don't let that take away from Uphold's reliability. Not to mention, scalability, Uphold has a quite the cumbersome catalog of different crypto tokens. Not only do they deal in crypto, but they also dabble in different currencies, ETF's, and even precious metals like Gold and Silver. Now what I can say is Don't use anything, but a debit card to purchase, or a credit card. If you try to use the, thought to be better, method ACH bank transfers your gonna be in for the deadliest, most competitive game of Waiting you've ever had. Uphold makes, what I think to be, the dumbest decision ever by making customers wait an almost insulting 65 days. They, cleverly(not), call a "cooldown". Now I'm not a business man, or marketing Guru, or anything related to being professional, but even I know that's not good business practice Lol, but that's neither here, nor there. On to the next point, Uphold boasts;

They don't charge fees for exchanging one form of crypto for another, such as, you can trade your Bitcoin for Ripple if you don't like Bitcoin's congested blockchain and therefore slow transfer times. Pretty good when companies like Gemini will bleed you dry with micro fees as far as the eye can see. Well , anyway, this is the part that originally got me interested;

If you have an extra 10 dollars laying around then I would absolutely get this card. That is, if Uphold has sank it's fangs into you and claimed you for their own. This debit card is awesome for transferring money instantly to it via PayPal, Google Pay, and your bank. Then, once the money is loaded on you can quick and painlessly purchase, or should I say trade... I'll get to this in a second, to whatever crypto, or currency to your hearts content. I can't deny the time cut from having this puppy here Lol. Okay, so the 2% cashback lie? Well you'd consider transferring money to Uphold then purchasing their crypto a purchase that qualifies for the 2% cashback, right? WRONG! Uphold doesn't consider that a qualifier for the 2% and with that ladies and gentleman. Who cares? Wait, what does qualify then? I said NEXT! Well all in all Uphold is a love, or hate kinda personality. Honestly, all of these exchanges are love. Or hate. They all have their die-hards, their casuals, and, of course, their haters, enemies, allies, and all-in-between. Now I don't have an official way of grading these, in my opinion, modern-day highwayman bandits with their tollbooths warning you oh so politely the fee is optional, but then you look at their unsheathed sword and the numerous dudes surrounding your wagon, or whatever, it's a metaphor Lol your gonna pay. Yeah let's just end it with these exchanges aren't going anywhere and they are making deals with daddy government, so the cows a 'tippin. I don't know what that means, but I give Uphold a C+, I'd give them a D, but I'm trying to be unbias.
