Axes Metaverse is the first Play-to-Earn project by Azur Games, an international mobile game developer and publisher, based on the company’s battle royale project Axes.io.

On their webpage they are stating currently: "We decided to turn it into a metaverse with various game modes, the first of which is Battle Royale with an emphasis on NFT and blockchain functionality".

Just by getting into their webpage (https://market.axes.io/) you can download the game (in your phone or computer, it has pretty low requirements) and start playing. Is very important to have a Metamask account with the Binance Smartchain added.

You have two kind of heroes: the off-chain heroes (which you can play for free and start playing and earning potions that can be later sold in the marketplace just by paying the gas fee) and the on-chain heroes (that can be also bought on the marketplace, with prices starting on 5 BUSD according to the rarity). With on chain heroes you can mine tokens and also play (but they get tired, that's what the potions are for). 

You have 6 kind of heroes: Barbarian, warrior, thief, ranger, mage and trickster (although I don't have this last one currently).

Also every couple of weeks they are launching a season of deathmatchs in which you can earn some prices if you make it to the top 200 globally.

One of the best NFT games I have played and it has a modality free to play.
