What decides which crypto to tip?

We have two cryptocurrencies as the tipping coins on Publish0x.

What decides which cryptocurrency tip will come?

When I click the tipping button, sometimes we see that the tipping is done using Ampleforth and sometimes the tipping is withStatera.

I don't have a clue what parameters decide which cryptocurrency coin will be coming as tips.

Has anybody any clue about it?
