The adoption and use cases of cryptocurrencies has changed the whole game. Google BLOGGER is a free tool for creating blogs and blogsite. Launched it was launched on August 23rd 1999, pyralab developed it before it was finally acquired by Google in 2003 and since it uses traditional currency in terms of payment, I personally wouldn't recommend it for new bloggers because there are restrictions for different countries, there are restriction for an unverified account, and there are so many issues that you have to pass before your article gets accepted to be eligible for monitizing.
The world has moved on and needs a better balance in terms of finance and decentralization is the best process. decentralization is the true governance. decentralization, gives power to every individual ,it gives right to everyone to participate in governance and also earn reward in the process which the new era has brought to us. decentralization has now made it easy ,now people can be open to different ideas because a lot of humans has been restricted because of the Google blogger restrictions.
