Recently while reading various crypto articles I ran across one that discussed how Ex-Genesis employees had raised millions for a new crypto hedge fund. This follows the founders of 3 Arrows Capital recently announcing that they were also looking to raise money for a new company. While the three Genesis employees were not the founders of the company as we have seen with 3AC they left around the same time in September 2022 right before the ability to withdraw was frozen. This leaves the question did they know something that the rest of us didn't and decided to go out "on top"? Honestly, it's doubtful we will ever find that question out.   

When individuals either are the cause of or worked for a company that has recently resulted in bankruptcy it should give investors pause before pouring money into a new company. This does not seem to be the case in crypto as it is in other industries. Individuals are part of these companies that file and immediately pivot to try and find or run another project/company without hardly any downtime in between. As long as something like this keep occurring it will give the doubters a really solid reason to continue to doubt because it just sets the stage for people to lose a ton of money again. 

This is a young industry though which is the main cause that I believe that this is happening. With time to mature along with regulators going after these people that are costing people their life savings, the industry will shape up. Until then though more people need to call out these people for who and what they are and any of those words or phrases are not nice in the slightest. You should not be able to ruin someone's life or cost them severely and walk away scot-free and possibly do this again. I have faith though that this will soon be corrected I am just hoping that it is sooner rather than later and that these individuals face the music for the damage that they have caused not only others but just crypto and the industry as a whole.
