Everything has a language and everything handles language.
Scientists have for years speculated that plants can communicate, and in the last ten years they have proven it with several different tests and hypothesis. There is what is called a "mycorrhizal network" which trees and other plants use to communicate with each other, comprised of roots and water and chemicals spread underground as well as in the air, to signal distress or favorable conditions, which causes other plants in the network to alter their state or behavior, such as how in some trees, their bark will change, becoming bitter to prepare against an invasive insect invader detected miles away in another part of the forest, or how fungal mycelium networks can transfer the characteristics of different organisms to other organisms through communicating to them how to grow differently, causing a non-poisonous plant to become poisonous, merely by growing in a geographical region near a poisonous plant, connected through fungus networks.
Animals obviously communicate, but to most humans alive today, the call of the wild is a distant relic of a memory, belonging only to those choice few people who somehow break free from the concrete jungles of the cities and the suburban lifestyles. Truly, more than half of "civilized" people live outside of any regular contact with wild animals beyond what birds and rodents and squirrels happen by through their neighborhoods. But there are plenty of people who actually do live within earshot of an eagle's cry, who see bald eagles on a regular basis, and there are people who leave fishheads out for the bears who roam through the mountains where their houses are built, and there are people who see sunsets and sunrises of such glorious beauty reflected from the horizons of crystal clear lakes and oceans with vigor in their breath and satisfaction in their mind from it.
Animals have a language and they express themselves quite well without any human interdiction or interpretation. Humans are royal, and when humans recognize it, animals recognize it, but animals have lived for generations without recognizing it that it would be foolish for someone to think to walk up to a lion and say, "I am royal, bow down to me," and expect to live past the moment after the lion takes his bow. Yet, when all things are perfect, animals will obey humans and have conversations and sing praises to God in ostensible, authentic and intentional ways.
Humans have language and humans have languages. We all love, we all have been loved, to grow up into any sort of person. There is language in love. Love is truly the primary language, but it's not always easy to see or understand it. Light arguably could be said to be the truest primary language, and perhaps arguably so. Warmth is also included as a truest primary language. Sound, too, is a true primary language. These can be thought of from what is called the physical sense, as in heat energy, light energy, sound energy, or the vibrations of love, but when we understand that we are a body, a soul, and a spirit, and when we understand more of our overall existence in light of eternity in the name of Jesus Christ, we can see that by His grace and truth we have been created as His especially blessed and gifted creation, because by His spirit we can know our Lord and Saviour in His warmth, in His light and love, and by the gentle sound of His voice, and we can know these deeply and intrinsically because they are Him, and not some special force or collection of separate energies.
Yet, no matter how much we think that we know God, we can trust that we are only glimpsing a part of His glory in these Earthly bodies today, and one day these bodies will pass away and we will eventually have perfect bodies which do not hurt or grow weary or cry, and we can trust these things because He told us so, using His Word, and his words.
Jesus Christ is specifically identified as THE WORD OF GOD in the book of John and throughout the Bible, in the Old Testament and in the New Testament. Jesus Christ specifically tells us how to avoid seeing death in the book of John, chapter 8, verse 51:
Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall never see death.
John 8.51
When Jesus Christ was tempted by Satan in the wilderness, Jesus revealed and proclaimed truth about reality that He allowed to be recorded for the benefit of all who believe in Him today:
But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
Matthew 4.4
When Pharisees and religious leaders in the days of Jesus were pressing Him and accusing Him of healing people and casting out evil spirits by the power of Beelzebub, Jesus revealed their hearts to them and what the end of days judgment would look like.
36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.
37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.
Matthew 12.36-37
Words are powerful.
Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
Proverbs 18.21
16 Do not err, my beloved brethren.
17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
18 Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.
19 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:
20 For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.
21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.
22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.
26 If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain.
27 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.
James 1.16-27
There in v.19-25
James 1.19-25
Who is a doer of the Word? Who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues therein, being not a forgetful hearer?
I am! And there are many like me in this. Jesus Christ tells us that His burden is light, and truly, to do His will and follow His Word, we are all better off for it, and everyone who trusts in Him and believes in His Word and simply follows it like a little child follows someone they believe, these people are finding out each and every day that God loves them, and that God was loving them even before they were choosing to be obedient.
What a marvelous thing when people choose to read and trust and obey the Word of God!
We can call the written sixty-six books of the Bible as the Word of God, because it is exactly what Jesus Christ intended to be bound on Earth as His written Word. We can call the Person of Jesus Christ the Word of God because the Father in Heaven has declared Him so, and has declared that the name of Jesus Christ is above every name, and by His grace and power He has willed it so that in His written Word we can read that by Him were all things created, and through Him and for Him, and the Word tells us that there was not anything that was made that was not made by Him.
One shining thing which sets us apart from the rest of creation is the image of God, which God says He created us in. Part of this shines in how we handle language compared with how all of the rest of creation handles language. Part of this shines in how deep our thoughts and language take us. Part of the image of God shines in us through the gross contrast between our state when we are in sin, and our state when we are living in obedience to God. Part of the image of God shines in our spirit's conversation in the Spirit of God, because the Word tells us that Jesus Christ is the Light which lights all men, and also the Word tells us that God is a Spirit and He is the Father of spirits. Our spirit interprets language. Our soul interprets language. Our body interprets language.
When a child asks a question of a grown up, they are usually not just asking that one question, but they are asking a bunch of questions. There is a language "of the child" which most "grown ups" seem to discard, sadly. Children, while incapable of tying their shoes for a while, or remembering to care to brush their teeth, are able to say some of the most profound things, and observe the simplest and realest truth which so many other people pass on by as they "grow up" into the expectations and busyness of the world around them today.
There is a special sort of language which is shared between lovers whom God calls husband and wife which nobody else can comprehend, nor should they try to until they are a husband or a wife.
There is a special sort of language shared between parents and children, and between family members in general.
There are languages shared between teammates on a sports team with words and vernacular known only to those teammates, similar to how there are phrases and vocabulary used in specialized fields of science and electronics and technology and in cultural contexts which are unknown and un-thought-of to most people who are outside of those contexts.
There are many things which claim to be messages from sources which are not truly from the source they claim to be from, yet the message bearers will be relentless to deliver the messages nonetheless for as long as they are, and in our modern days with technology arranged the way it is to point at all the "me" and "I" and "us" and "them" designations possible for as much possible time every moment of every day, there are a lot of people who are drowning in message and language overload, and words simply are not a part of their appetite, when they go looking for something to be satisfied by in their search for fulfillment.
When God delivers a message, He does it in a way so that it cannot be missed by those to whom He is delivering it to, and when God wants people to know that it is Him delivering the message, He signs it in such a way that only He can, which cannot be counterfeit.
In many instances, Satan has done his best to counterfeit every good thing of God that he can, but upon closer examination, all of Satan's words unravel when examined in light of the Word of God.
Part of the Christian faith is walking by the Word of God as a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path. Knowing what we know, trusting that God has provided that much, and trusting that God has provided what we need, we can enjoy the light that He has provided.
Part of God's love for us shines and is revealed when we ponder the exact position of the Earth as it floats and spins around the Sun in our Solar System. Too close, and our Earth would burn up. Too far away, and it would be too cold to sustain life. Our planet is in the exact spot it needs to be, and it has been for eons, to support life, and for all the searching that our scientists have done, they have yet to unequivocally find water on another planet, much less find another planet that can support life such as the way our planet does.
This planet is an expression of God's love to us.
The clothes He made for Adam and Eve are an expression of God's love to us.
The warning about the mark of the beast abomination system is an expression of God's love to us.
The thirty-three-and-a-half years that Jesus Christ walked around in the flesh upon this planet are each an expression of God's love to us.
The three-and-a-half years of His public ministry and the hours of His public execution are all an expression of God's love to us.
The visit from the grave to the spiritual prison where disobedient spirits were held, and the preaching that Jesus Christ did there during the time His body laid in a grave, that is an expression of God's love to us.
The celebration with the thief on the cross that day in Paradise when they met after they died together nailed to a tree, that was an expression of God's love to us.
The release of Barabbas, whose name means "the son of the father," instead of Jesus Christ, Who is the eternal Son of the Father, and Who is the Lamb Who Was Slain From The Foundation Of The World, that is an expression of God's love to us from before time as we know it began.
The telling of Himself as the Alpha and the Omega, that is an expression of God's love to us.
The stories and parables that Jesus Christ told about the reality of the Kingdom of God in the hearts of men, those are a resounding expression of God's love to us.
The actual accountings of stories such as Ananias and Sapphira and Daniel in the lion's den, and so many others, these are each precious expressions of God's love to us wrapped in the eternal ink and paper bound Book we call the Bible, which means, "The Book."
The Holy Bible. That is an expression of God's love to us.
God told us in the pages of the Bible about the days when mankind would create a beast in his own image, an image to the beast, and that there would be a speaking beast. This seemed like such a far-fetched thing a long while ago, before Microsoft or Tesla or OpenAI or the Nielsen Ratings companies existed. For millennia, God's Word mocked the idols and images that man made, because they could neither speak nor move, but God warns us through His faithful servants regarding things which are coming upon us even now, even this summer, even the next seven-plus years, and the distress of nations is about to roar beyond what it has ever been before due to the Earth groaning under wickedness and wanton sinfulness of mankind, and the aberrational abominations and casual abominations that modern people have given themselves over to.
The world is responding to the close and near coming of Jesus Christ, Who is quickly approaching! Maranatha Jubilee!
God expresses in His Word that we cannot know the day or the hour, but He tells us the signs to be looking for, to know of His close approach. He says that He has been waiting for so long, in mercy, for those who would yet repent.
Soon, not many people are going to think to repent anymore, and God is going to destroy the planet by the brightness of His coming. Jesus Christ's brilliance is going to destroy His enemies. Jesus Christ is going to put it into their minds to perform His will, and they will destroy the whore who sits upon the beast, burning and eating her, and they will destroy the beast, and their destruction will all be tumultuous and shared, and then the end will come.
These days are intended to shake the church, because the majority of the church of Jesus Christ who claim to be His believers have not yet actually ever exercised their faith, and they do not know it, and He will prove it, and He will prove those charlatans who have been keeping His people in the dark.
These days are intended to wrap up and culminate this section of history, and this divine epoch signifies that there is a New Heaven and a New Earth which people alive today will see.
These days are going to prove to all eternity that God is a just God, and that His enemies were all forgiven yet refused to live like they were forgiven, instead choosing to love their lies and live in their sins, and teach others to do so.
During these days, God is pouring out His Holy Spirit upon all flesh, and this is an expression of His love in such a magnificent way that it cannot be overstated by a mere mortal such as myself, but I tell you that it is this Holy Spirit by which we put on immortality in the name of Jesus Christ, and by which we reach into the storehouses of the Kingdom of God to bless others, and by which we ourselves are blessed!
Language is powerful. There are so many people today who are so very conditioned to never say what they mean, never mean what they say, and never expect others to do so either. These people look down upon people who "use words literally," as if there is any other proper way to use words, or as if there is anything else that is more appropriate to use literally, other than words. Most all of these people have given themselves over to this mental prison willingly, in favor of 140-character blurbs of data input, over actual real human interaction and thorough communication.
When people say "AI" today, not many people realize what they are talking about, but a few do. The stuff that people have been playing with in the form of OpenAI's ChatGPT versions 3 and 4 is a form of "AI," but it is a limited version, and they have been playing with this software for decades, more than 6 decades, so their versions are at least 60 years older than what they've introduced the world to.
They have given computers rulesets which closely match our understanding of the English language, and other human languages, and they have overlaid many other rulesets on top of them, and they have used modern media to train these "artificial intelligences" to know how to interact like humans do.
So much is wrong with this.
For one, ai is already beginning on a very skewed understanding of who humans are, because all of the large language models and other industry-primary models being used today are all trained on data that was generated from billions of hours' worth of movies and television shows and comedy and radio and books and comics and games and internet forums and all sorts of known and unknown human-generated and computer-generated sources.
But what people have yet to begin to fully comprehend is that by granting the ability for internet-connected devices to communicate and reason based on human language rulesets, yet with arbitrary and errant and incomplete understandings of reality and consequences, there is no "good" outcome for anybody who relies on these systems, or for any part of society which is impacted by it.
There is a simple sort of expectation that comes from having a conversation with most humans which is not necessary to be present when "having conversation" with a computer ai system.
There are limits in moral and intelligent realms which would not be breached, if it were not for sending computers out into the wild unknown to bring back results from ugly contemplations.
For whatever implementation and presentation that "they" give us (the "they" being the few oligarchs who pull the strings of the media and entertainment and educational and technological industries) of ai, it's all baked from years of preparation and planning, to ensure that people accept it in a "most ideal" way, and they have put considerable thought into how to handle the pesky folks who just won't go along with the new restrictions and new demands.
Soon, there will be requirements on simple things of life such as using water or moving and transporting or communicating using technology, or using electricity in general, requirements which were not ever present before, and which need not be there, except for that some people agree that they ought to be. These requirements will go beyond anything that has ever been required before by any government or by any person upon other people, in that they will require devotion and worship of an image of the beast of the abomination that God hates, to merely live life as life has been lived forever before.
Those who do not rely on the systems of the world for their simple needs will not be much affected, so that when someone says that you must scan a QR code or an RFID tag to drink from a water fountain, you won't need to drink from their water fountain because you know that God has water for you to use.
I can so clearly see and appreciate today the un-fragmented nature of our society, compared to the society that I can also so clearly see and appreciate we shall be tomorrow and in 40 days and in 100 days and in the few years beyond now. People today complain about having lost freedoms and rights, but it's because they relied on other human beings for these things, so that when those other human beings said they no longer had them, they shrugged while they skulked. People today complain that it's so hard to be heard above the noise, and people complain about how much people complain and argue and get offended by each other, but when all their smooth-working systems stop working together so smoothly, and after one and then another and then another and another ruler rises up to take over the reins of the tumult that people learn to call "normal" as they succumb to their coldheartedness that results from the overspreading of abominations, when the world is really fragmented and when people are really offended and hating each other and when people really cannot communicate with each other as a result of so many of our own foolish decisions, people are going to be faced with the choice to repent or to curse God, and God says that the world will by and large rebel and curse Him and not repent, to their own detriment.
When Christians are being openly beheaded for claiming to believe in their eternal friend Jesus Christ, invisible and almighty and living inside of their heart, walking and talking with them, and guiding them along their path, perhaps some people will be inspired by these acts of faith, but as this becomes more and more mainstream, as persecution is quickly becoming around the world against Christians, people will have to make very brave decisions to even discuss the name of Jesus Christ, and it will be almost certain destruction for anyone who would openly sing and praise His name in public.
Praise God! Hallelujah! We will shine for His glory one way or the other! So many people will burn in destruction, bundled together as sticks for the fire's warmth, yet there will be so many children of God who shine with the fire of God's brilliance, standing firm at rest in the grace and faith of Jesus Christ, inspired by His Holy Spirit, and comforted by His gentle embrace.
Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.
2 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.
3 For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
4 For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works.
5 And in this place again, If they shall enter into my rest.
6 Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief:
7 Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts.
8 For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day.
9 There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.
10 For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.
11 Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.
12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.
14 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.
15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
