This platform, Publish0x, is a kind of unique platform that could possibly become a more heard-of and watched space.
Each time you 'donate' to someone on here, you're giving them about a penny's worth of crypto, or, if you take a fraction of it, you're giving them what's left.
I don't believe that my thoughts are worth only a penny, nor do I believe that my thoughts are made valuable by whether or not someone else thinks they are valuable. Something especially great about posting here is that when a post resounds with a lot of people, and those people decide to 'tip,' then all those pennies can add up and become dollars.
Another consideration about these cents and dollars in crypto that are adding up, is that over time, that crypto should also increase in value, so what is collected today and is worth some money is hopefully going to be worth more money in the future, like during the next Moonshot. This is, of course, if everything does not crash first. It is entirely possible, and I believe imminent, that people are going to lose their access to crypto on a large scale.
The FTX debacle is one example of how a single entity can affect a lot of people, day after day, to depths we yet don't fully understand, when it fails. We are living in a world today where we see people claiming "decentralization," yet more and more people are piling on top of systems which have single points of failure, and when those systems collapse, they cause numerous other systems to wobble and collapse, and they put a lot of people in peril of loss and discouragement. I believe that the FTX issue is a minor speedbump for the crypto industry, and that in the very near future, like, as in before the end of this year, it is very likely for us to witness the obvious beginnings of the next big Moonshot. I believe that the losses that are going to be suffered are going to make a few billion dollars look like a drop in the bucket.
I hope that a nice Moonshot takes place, and I can cash out with huge profit, before it all crashes completely.
