Trump lifts restrictions on travelers from Europe

Until a few hours ago, US President Donald Trump lifted the restriction on entry to the country for travelers from the European Union, but the new President Biden will modify this order.

Trump announced on Monday evening that he will lift restrictions on the entry of foreigners from Europe and Brazil to the US The announced measures would begin to take place on January 26 and travelers are required to present a negative test to enter the country of covid-19. The outgoing president decided to cancel the measures taken in March to curb the spread of the coronavirus two days before the end of his term. Jen Psaki said on Twitter that the next administration "has no intention of lifting these restrictions on January 26."
