A few years ago I was gifted a leopard gecko from a family friend. Intrigued by their colors and playfulness, I started studying herpetology and was drawn into the fascinating world of herps.
This is a newly born Day gecko a week after it hatched from incubation.

Fun Fact: Madagascar day geckos use their large tongues to produce a clicking sound off the roof of their mouths. It sounds very similar to the sound a frog makes.
