Time to open up and meet new friends

Questions to get to know new friends

By Quick silver | Celebrating life | 16 Jul 2022

It's summer time, the COVID restrictions were lifted, we have now the opportunity to open un and connect with others.

We haven't trained our social muscles in a while, so I put together a list of questions to get to know new friends:

How much personal space do you need to feel comfortable?

What is your blood type?

Do you have tattoos?

Are you a morning person?

Do you have night terrors?

Do you snore?

What's your superpower?

What wrong assumptions do people make about you?

What’s the worst advice someone has given you?

What's your signature drink?

Are you a vegetarian?

Are you allergic to any food? Is there anything you don’t eat?

What’s your favorite food?

Do you eat brusel sprouts? Do you force other people to eat brusel sprouts?

What toppings are needed to make the perfect burger?

Best and worst ice cream flavors?

Do you like to cook? What do you cook?

Do you have children?

What household chore is just the worst?

Do you smoke?

Are you a religious person?

Are you a nihilist?

Do you believe in karma?

What do you believe in?

When was the last time you did something new?

What was the scariest date you had?

What's your retirement plan?

What makes you keep going?

What’s on your bucket list?

What are you looking forward to that’s happening soon?

Where did you grow up? What was your family like?

Do you have siblings?

Do you have pets?

What’s your favorite thing to do outdoors?

How about indoors?

What’s your favorite quote or saying?

How long have been living in the area?

How are you as a boss?

When is your birthday?

What do you do when you get angry?

Do you steal socks? Situational question.

You share the washing/drying machine with other people. One of these people wears socks you can fit. You don´t have clean socks. This person’s wash is ready and there are 2 pairs of socks in the clean wash pile. No one would see it if you took them, although the owner would notice a pair is missing. Would you steal a pair of socks?

What else would you ask? Add your questions in the comments :)
