Born into a family of entrepreneurs, Ruby has spent her career building and growing organizations of different sizes — from an international real estate developer to disruptive technology companies like Amazon and Facebook. Ruby brought with her solid international expansion experiences, having worked in Silicon Valley, Chicago, Singapore, and Vietnam.

Prior to joining Spores, Ruby Nguyen held positions with increasing responsibility across operations, business development, and partnerships at Uber, Amazon, and Facebook. Most recently, Ruby was a founding member of One Mount Group, which has received a $100M investment from Vietnam’s top conglomerates and has built new ventures in fintech, property tech, and retail tech.
