Hi everyone. Sorry it's been a while, been working on my bus rv. I got it all gutted, the floor insulated, and the laminate flooring installed. I also got the bathroom floor put in and the framing for the walls done. Everything is made with metal studding because my wife is allergic to wood. I also built a raised floor section to put our foldable tub on. Yes, that right, you are not seeing things, lol I said foldable tub. You can find some on amazon. Next, I will be doing the bathroom walls and putting in my flushable toilet. Then I will install my bathroom sink and kitchen sink (both sinks will be free standing and small). My countertop and table will be on hinges so that I can fold them down out of the way when we are not using them to give us more usable space. Our bed we have decided to go with a couple of foldable lounge chairs again to maximize our living space. They will be double use as our furniture too. And our table chairs will be foldable also. After all that I will install my clean, black, and grey water tanks under the bus and run all the plumbing. I am buying solar system for the bus from the money from the sale of our house. I already have an 8000-Watt gas generator for the bus then I will be mounting under the bus also.  And I only have to put in the crown molding and laminate flooring now in my house then I will put it on the market for around $399,000.00. It comes with .33 acres of land (about half the land is flat lawn area), 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms in basement), 1 bath. It also has a 3-bay detached garage (2 bay front door and 1 single bay left side door), behind garage is a 10' by 30' by 8' high shed. My basement has separate entrance so it would be easy to turn into basement apartment. Overall, I think our house is a great deal for someone/investor. ok, time to go and get back to working on my bus. May life bring you a smile, laughter and love.
