Hi everyone , long time no chat. I have been busy!. I have finished my living room, office, and kitchen now. Got a great deal on some counter tops. Bought 2-12" counter tops for $85.00 each, wooohoooo. My two window A/Cs broke so I had to replace them, cost me $1200.00. Now I am about to start on my bathroom. Replacing tub, putting in a double sink and vanity, then putting new hardwood flooring. Done all the work myself so far, very proud of myself. If I add up all the days I have worked on the remodel so far, it has only taken me about 2 months to do it so far. Once I am done it all, I might just flip another house right away. I so enjoy doing this physical work. I am also  down from 170 lbs. to 150 lbs. thanks to all this physical work, I have never felt better. I eat healthy now and don't eat any junk food anymore and I spend a lot of time doing physical activities. Now of course I am going to talk about crypto currency. I seen that my SHIB coin has gone down to around .0000072, so I bought more. I also seen that it is thinking about coming out with a stable coin possibly called SHI. I will say it again, SHIB will end up around $1.00 when everything is said and done. It might take a couple of years and it is well worth the wait for me.  Well time to get back to the remodel.
