Hi everyone. Well today I got my business cards in the mail. I will start handing them out next week. I am so excited; this is my first business that I have started myself, so I am a bit nervous too. I think it will be great, I am hardworking and very confident in my own abilities and driving skills. My roof started leaking again, it has been about 2 years since I fixed it. So here I go again, I need this to work this time because I am about to start on my renovation on my kitchen and it is leaking on my kitchen roof and kitchen outside wall in the same spot. So, I need to fix the leak than take apart the outside wall to check for any mold, put insolation in it then redry wall it. I am building my own kitchen cabinets with angle iron and metal. My wife cannot handle exposed wood, but she seems to handle aluminum/metal better. This will take me about 2 weeks I believe. Then on to my bathroom. redoing all of it, new tub, double sinks, a beauty vanity for my wife and new flooring. Then on to my basement. Adding the outside entrance way, kitchenette and bathroom there. I figure about another month to month and a half to complete that. Then I will put my house on the market. I also have a 10' by 30' shed behind my 3-bay garage. I have 1/3 of an Arce too. Thinking about seeing if I can rezone and split my property into 2 parcels to get more money. Or maybe I will put a mobile double wide home on the back half and make even more money. This is a nice situation to be in, should I add a home to make more money or not, lol. ok, time to get outside for some sun and fresh air. It is full sun here and about 50 F/10 Celsius here. Going out in my t-shirt and shorts and having myself a shot of whiskey with Pepsi. May life bring you a smile, laughter and love.
