Personally after buying it's holding time because there was no overnight price pump for the coin I'm holding at this moment. Not ready to sell for little pump so waiting for a good pump really worth it. Sell orders set for few shares but when coin's price will hit that number, no prediction on that. When crypto market not available for trading, It's holding time.
One share still holding for buy because sudden dump can allow the buying order to be filled but that's a probability less chance to happen but holding stable coin is as important as holding crypto coins. Dump is always unexpected but it happen constantly so holding stable coin can help buying when target dump happen.
Current crypto market not eligible for trading and that's personal, you all are always welcome to trade because your money, your choice, your risk, your gain, your loss and the investment decision should be yours. When we trade by following other's advice, it can cause regret if it bring loss. So, better we take our own decision using our brain and research.
How long I'm planning to hold? I would hold until the coin's price surpass the previous selling amount which means this time I aim to sell at better price than the last time. As I've split asset so a little more than target amount can be good for a sell but a single share not all the asset at once. Not sure how long this trading gonna work as personal finance need to be secured asap and two more months to wait.
If you're lucky enough to hold for a big gain then I encourage that because not everyone is lucky enough to hold for a good gain. Considering the price fall of some altcoins, trading can feel risky to many and fair enough, so holding can be the best and trading in a moderation can be more preferable to many.
