The relationship between Apple and Twitter is strained. Apple is ready to withhold Twitter on its devices this time.

Phone Competition a reason!

     Elon Musk even declared that he would release his own phone at one point, amid rumours that Apple and Google might remove the Twitter app from their app stores. Musk's assertion was true; Tesla was probably going to release the phone much sooner.

Musk and Cook are not friendly!

     Google Board members Sergey Brin and Larry Page are friends with Elon, but Tim Cook and Elon aren't that near, Musk even asked transparent action.

Apple Tax Debate Angered Apple?

     Musk is thought to have upset Apple CEO Tim Cook by letting people know that the company imposes a 30% tax on everything sold through its platform.
