Technology has brought both good and bad elements, and messaging applications are a way to promote and use it through its technical features. Telegram is a popular tool, and this function is currently being investigated.

Recently, South Korea and India started investigating Telegram. Although Telegram is not widely used in South Korea or India, it is nevertheless regarded vital. Korea is investigating Telegram for spreading Deepfake, while India is investigating at it for promoting paper leaks and propaganda. This is not good news for Durov.

Such an investigation is already underway in France, but analysts and critics say that the investigation, which is being conducted in the guise of combating unlawful content, will simply put to restrict those who disagree with Government. The same can happen in the EU, and it is almost certain to happen in Brazil, after what happened to X.
My Point on Durov
Pavel Durov is a French and Russian citizen; Russia only exiled him, whilst France imprisoned him. Durov has been released on bail following large demonstrations, but how long and to what extent will he be able to flee? Durov may flee to El Salvador, or to the US after Trump wins.
