Circle is a big company due to its stablecoin USDC, so this is stunning news for the crypto world because the US is under pressure owing to the Democrat government's anti-crypto stance, unreasonable pressure from agencies such as the SEC and CFTC, and so on. However, Jeremy believes that the US system and technology are best for this financial system throughout the next 100 years.

Jeremy anticipated criticism for his statement, so he included an explanation in it. That clarification also contains some ambiguities.
