After a long-term decline, which began around October 25, Bitcoin has undergone a classic correction of the entire market. The decline was slow but steady, which is typical of the accumulation phase – without sudden panic selling, but with constant pressure from sellers. The arrival at “level 1” can be interpreted as a strong support zone where larger buyers reactivated and stopped further price declines.
By bouncing off this level and forming higher lows, BTC is now showing the first clear signs of a change in the medium-term trend. If the price continues to move in this direction, we can talk about entering a new upward trend (Trend 1), where the market gradually moves from the correction phase to the recovery phase and prepares to return to previous peaks, with an increasingly strong growth structure.
Also, the PT2 level is currently standing out as a possible line where Bitcoin could bounce in the near future. This zone can act as an important short-term resistance or support level, where the price will briefly consolidate and test the strength of buyers before potentially continuing towards higher levels.
