When working with systems used by many users, although they are in the same workplace, they often meet people who are unable to understand the technical problems they use.

I manage many systems, some developed by me others by suppliers, others newer older ...

Over the years I have met users of any kind ... those who click on a screenshot in the manual and are surprised if it does not work, others who do not know that the frames in a second are 25 and and get angry if the form does not accepts the number 40 and the last one who entered this as the directory name

obviously the problem is the user but even more the system that allows such a thing ...

Who knows what else I can expect :-)
