Naga Chicken Wings Recipe

Nowadays, everyone loves to eat Chinese items very much. And now it has become much easier to make these Chinese items at home. I like to eat fried rice, chili chicken, chicken wings and various kinds of delicious foods among Chinese items. A long time ago, I went to a restaurant and ate both Naga wings and barbecue wings. But I didn't like it much. Because their coating was completely different. Although it was of fair quality. So one day my husband was saying that since many chickens have been brought home, many wings have accumulated from there. Let's make Naga chicken wings at home one day with them.

Actually, Naga chili or Bombay chili is used in Naga wings. Those who can eat very spicy food can make it with a little more spice. Since we can't eat very spicy food, we added half of a small chili. However, the flavor that came out due to adding this chili made the food much more delicious. In fact, if you eat chicken wings immediately after making them, you get the real taste. Because after frying the chicken wings, the crispiness is maintained immediately. And it is a lot more fun to eat them. If the ingredients are at home, then they can be made very easily. Since all the ingredients were at home that day, I made them. We all had a lot of fun eating these chicken wings. I thought I would share this great and interesting recipe with you today.

Ingredients needed for today's recipe

 

Ingredients Quantity Chicken wings 250 grams Flour 1 cup Salt 1 teaspoon Chili powder 2 teaspoons Gingerbread 1/2 teaspoon Garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon Garlic cloves 1 teaspoon Soy sauce 2 tablespoons Golomrichguda 1 teaspoon Tomato sauce 1/2 cup Oil For frying Rice flour 2 tablespoons Naga pepper ১/২ Honey 1 teaspoon

First step

 

First, I washed the chicken wings and drained them well. Now I added chili powder, salt, black pepper powder, and garlic paste to them.

Step two

At this stage, I mixed the ginger paste and soy sauce well with my hands and left it for about 30 minutes. It is okay to marinate it without it.

Step three

Now I took flour and rice flour in a bowl. I added 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon chili powder, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder and mixed them well.

Step four

I coated the marinated wings one by one in the flour mixture. I drained the extra flour and put them in the hot oil. I put them all in this way one by one. I fried both sides well and took them out.

Fifth step

At this stage, I added a small amount of oil to the frying pan. When the oil was hot, I added the minced garlic and fried it for a while. Then I added a good amount of tomato sauce and soy sauce and mixed it well. I added a little honey. Then I added the chicken wings and at the end, I added the minced Naga chili and stirred it well and immediately removed it.

Serving

The chicken wings are ready with great taste. I like these chicken wings made at home the best. These chicken wings will even rival the taste of the restaurant. But it was incredibly fun to eat.
