Everyone has already seen what recipe I have come up with today. Actually, it has been quite some time since I have shared recipe posts. Actually, cooking is not done much these days, that is why recipe posts are not shared. Although this recipe was made quite some time ago. However, it was not shared with you, so I thought I would share today's recipe.
Those who have been to Cox's Bazar must have heard of Laitta Fry. Which is incredibly fun to eat. When we went for lunch, I originally ordered the fries towards the end of the meal. They were so much fun to eat that I became a fan. I didn't even think of making them when I got home. A few days ago, when Laitta fish arrived, my husband said to fry Laitta in Cox's Bazar style. So that evening, I made this recipe and it was incredibly fun to eat. It was also very easy to make, which is why I liked it so much.
Ingredients needed for today's recipe
Ingredients Quantity Loach fish 250 grams Flour 1 cup Salt 1 teaspoon Chili powder 2 teaspoons Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon Gingerbread 1/2 teaspoon Garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon Soy sauce 1 teaspoon Oil For frying Cornflower 2 tablespoons
First step
First, I cut the laitta fish into small pieces and washed them to drain the water. Then I squeezed out the extra water with a tissue. In the meantime, I added salt, turmeric powder, and chili powder.
Step two
At this stage, I mixed the cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, and soy sauce well. I let it rest for about 30 minutes.
Step three
Now I took flour and cornflour in a bowl. I added 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon chili powder and mixed them well.
Step four
I coated the pieces of laitta fish one by one in the marinated flour. I drained the extra flour and put it in a sieve. I prepared them all in this way.
Fifth step
At this stage, I added oil to the frying pan. When it was hot, I added the fish pieces one by one. I fried them well, flipping them over and taking them out.
Serving
That's it, delicious and crispy latke fries are ready.
