Bitcoin whales have mobilized more than $1.8 billion in the last 48 hours

The movement in this sumptuous ocean of crypto space has put the Bitcoin whales back on the front page after they made movements in the last two days for more than $1.8 billion.

According to the Whale-Alert  site, in recent hours the movement has intensified with nearly $600 million in bitcoin transferred mostly between purses of unknown addresses.

A total of 68,495 BTC have been mobilized in ten transactions for an equivalent amount of $599,089,537 million, according to the site specialized in monitoring transactions from whales in the crypto ecosystem.

Of the ten transfers reported today, the cold custody service for mostly institutional customers XAPO and acquired by Coinbase, led the second largest number of movements with 04 transactions for an amount of 16,054 BTC, about $140,213,658 million.

The first transfer for 8,856 BTC was registered in the blockchain at 07:07:35 UTC and eight hours later the last one was registered for an amount of 5,000 BTC.

The great protagonists of today's day Wednesday, November 13, 2019 were undoubtedly the bitcoin whales with $536,678,693 million transferred in seven transactions through their wallets of unknown addresses, of which four were linked to XAPO.

Some 48,241BTC were transferred between the whales' anonymous wallets in four strong transfers as Bitcoin's price stabilized at levels of $8,800 along with the rest of the altcoins.

$1 billion in BTC from HUOBI moved yesterday

According to the movement analysis firm TokenAnalyst, on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, more than a billion dollars in bitcoin were transferred in a single transaction, in which the Huobi exchange was the protagonist with a large percentage of addresses involved.

According to the information published in the official Twitter account, 94,500 BTCs worth approximately $1,000 million originated largely from the exchange of crypto currencies, with a third of the funds taken from the exchange going to the address

According to a Twitter user, these funds are the union of wallets that initially had ~12,000 BTC balances that added more through bitcoin 'duplicator' sites.

This amount is in addition to the $200 million in bitcoins mobilized yesterday by the whales, according to Whale-alert, where 04 transfers of 22,213 BTC for $195,093,055 million were made between wallets of unknown addresses.

The rest of the funds mobilized corresponded to movements made by whales with the exchanges of cryptomonedas Coinbase, OKEx and Bitstamp involved.

In total, some $1,818 million dollars were counted over the last two days as whale movements as the price of Bitcoin is laterally debated between the $8,600-$8,800 bands.

At the time of writing, Bitcoin is quoted at a spot price of $8,719.92, a -1.06% decline in recent hours.
