It's OK to cry. Just because you're a man doesn't mean you can't. So many people in my life ask me how I cope with everything I've been through, how I push myself everyday. How I deal with three kids alone, with no support from anyone. Fact is some days I don't cope, sometimes it gets way too much. Sometimes I cry.

I wanted to put this up as an example, as support for all you out there that cry alone.

Crying doesn't make you weak, it doesn't make you less of a man and just because you breakdown sometimes it doesn't make you a bad parent. It makes you human.
