Linea, the well-known layer-2 rollup of Ethereum, plans to launch its native cryptocurrency during 2024 and to celebrate this event and encourage the use of the ecosystem, it has launched Linea Park, a GameFi incentive campaign.
Linea's goal is to make Ethereum transactions faster, cheaper and more scalable by leveraging zk-SNARKs technology to compress transactions so they can be processed faster and at lower costs.
Linea Park will allow users to earn LXP points by completing tasks and challenges, including simply participating in P2E games on Linea, completing its tutorials, providing liquidity on DEX, participating in quizzes and surveys, and sharing on social media.
The accumulated LXP points can then be redeemed for Linea token airdrops once the cryptocurrency is launched.
