After numerous postponements, the Telegram project Hamster Kombat has finally announced the official launch date for its token: trading of the token on OKX is possible from August 30th, while the airdrop that will distribute tokens among the most active users of the platform is scheduled for September 26th.
A long, winding path to the launch
Originally scheduled for July, the launch of the token was postponed due to "technical issues". This decision has generated quite a bit of controversy among users, who have hypothesized delays intended to fuel hype and participation in the project (also and above all to collect money through user activity, including referrals, YouTube views and much more).
Speculations? It is undeniable that the delay has prolonged the wait, fueled interest around Hamster Kombat and made money before the airdrop.
Token Award Criteria
The awarding of tokens during the airdrop will be based on several factors, including:
- Passive income: the daily earnings generated by the cards and power-ups "purchased" for free within the minigame.
- Tasks: completing activities such as watching videos and collecting daily rewards.
- Invited friends/referrals.
- Achievements: achieving specific goals,
- Subscription to the official Telegram channel.
- Keys: items obtainable through the minigames integrated into the project, which contribute to increasing the total score.
The combination of these factors will determine the final score of each user and, consequently, the amount of tokens awarded. However, there is no precise information yet on how these factors will be weighted and whether some will have a greater weight than others.
