Bitget Wallet, the crypto wallet from Bitget, the leading global exchange, has announced the launch of BWB, its native crypto. The introduction of BWB marks an important step for Bitget Wallet in its goal of creating a complete Web3 ecosystem accessible to all.
BWB is a cryptocurrency based on the Ethereum blockchain that represents a fundamental piece for the Bitget Wallet ecosystem. Its main functions include:
- Encourage the use of Bitget Wallet: BWB offers users a rewards system for using the wallet, such as cashback on transactions, discounts on commissions and rewards for participating in events and activities.

- Airdrop of tasks: All Bitget Wallet users can earn BWB points by completing simple tasks, such as following Bitget Wallet on social media, inviting friends to use the wallet, participating in quizzes and surveys and more.
Another good news coming from Bitget Wallet is the annual report which highlights the key points that have led it to have 12 million users globally.
Bitget Wallet has described its rebranding as a Web3 wallet, focused on trading, after a $30 million funding formalized in August 2023.
