Day I-IV | My 9 Weeks Life Flip Challenge | Journal Entry
Previously On The Flip
Slept at around midnight, pretty normal for me because I do not fancy sleep that much. Sleep feels like the time that I could use for some real learning and growth so because of that I use most of my waking time to learn as much as I can. My learning is in all forms, I'd stand there and the normal person would think I'm doing nothing but in my head and being so much deduction on my reflections and surroundings, always learning no time to be a follower although at time I find myself drawn to leading others into flow states of information that I think would be useful to them and their path as I encounter them on my own path.
The Get Go......
On a normal night I'd sleep a little over two hours, this is because of my many alarms and my disvalue of sleep. I wake up around 2am or 3 am, put in some work like articles and research or reading, sometimes video editing and all that. I find it easier not to watch long lesson videos at this time because they put me back to sleep. Due to the set up of my current physiology I inevitably fall back to sleep around 4am or 5 am to wake up at 6am ish and get up for work, now that I got something going. Before work I'd still wake up around 6 ish or a wi bit later, either way I am an early bird. During my school years, not so much sophomore years as the social life crept in haha. Back in middle school and high school I'd wake up at 4 am so I constantly want to get back into my 4 am club. My 4 am club is the most productive and efficient state. At this time I miss it by 2 hours and get up 2 hours earlier, it's all good not much pressure there.
Moving on.
Waking up I'd do a sort of calming ritual, as most day I wake up with immediate anxiety so I do some 10-15 minute meditation on myself.
Interlude~
(At times I rush to activate my mines, Pi, bee, reflex and stormgains, + the ones not needing activation [they are just a whole lot slower, can you believe they haven't amounted up to anything close to withdrawal after almost half a year lol. If you need cloud mines - I got you, I went through the scam miners and I can stand by my word on the ones that will get you that good feeling)
Outro~
Watching myself and my thoughts so that I can use them to heal myself and calm my soul. It wasn't always like this, it's all growth and learning through trial and error plus some real fuxed up illusion's and walks. So this much needed morning routine flows into my next segment which I intend for more learning and sometimes creating content. Most of the content I create is about my life, things I've learned and what I went through. Sometimes I do create futuristic content, there's not much pressure here just measuring up needed.
For the Challenge Day I-III, I've just been learning groom krayon, Abraham Hicks and Jordan Patterson. The greats of Elon Musk and the lot do come through as I go through my algorithm recommendations. I found that these algorithms connect me to those like minded from my searches and sometimes I stumble upon something entirely out of my searches and to my surprise it's of so much use.
In preparation for my 9 week challenge, I've been working on my rope skipping, pushups and pull-ups. I don't do much running. As of late I've been able to skip well into 5-10 minutes, while listening to krayon or Abraham Hicks, sometimes Jordan Patterson. It's good therapy. After about 20-30 minutes workout I'd get back inside, drink up some turmeric in whatever compilation I have it. These few days I have been having some GMO turmeric, though it's not my number one, it's still better than nothing. Turmeric is good for the gut, this is because the gut is pretty orange-ish and to my surprise people don't know. They don't even know why curry makes them feel good. In chasing that good feeling I did my research and still doing more so I keep learning and growing. Turmeric is not efficient on its own, it's better taken with some pepper, pepper has a perperine component that activates some properties of turmeric that would otherwise just be excreted from the body. At times I take it with some lemon, water, sometimes even alcohol. The best experiment was with cinnamon although there's more work to be done to get neem in the mix. The world as we know it has all our answers, no-one will readily give you the knowledge until you please them. For this reason I'm so glad and happy to be part of the Blockchains era, which decentralises everything so these centralised controls will not gatekeep much cos we are making our own so we can be the greatest of ourselves.
I take a shower at about quarter to 7 am, dress up, take a walk to work less than 5 minute away. The workday starts with cleaning up and checking the product, more for the reason of refills and restock.
As the day goes I get some water, I try to make a gallon or two. Sometime I put in a cyder or cool drink. Pretty acidic and crushing to the iron in the blood but it's good for clearing out staff that cause indigestion when the proper diet is not established. I eat some fries and bread stuff. Not the best for a clean diet, I'm works Ng on getting more fruits and vegetables in. I'll figure it out.
I work at a store, it gets a bit quiet at time so I get some audio books and presentations to listen to. Growth. I've already covered over twenty books. Mostly metaphysical from the 1900s

40 books in total from this year alone, with all the noise going on around us. Mostly the pandemic scam, I'll lead you through how I was able to cover 40+ books in the noise. By year end I'm projecting a cover of over 100 books, Just not to say 500 books though it's very much possible. Especially on audible where you get a free ebook when you sign up.
It's a whole growing list. I've digested a few of these books in another article.
When the night falls
I knock off at 21H00, 5 minutes and I'm home. Try to get in a workout, same as morning routine, pull ups, pushups and skipping rope while listening to some therapeutic sounds. I'd get more turmeric in and get ready to create more content and sometimes do some research. I write articles for other people too. Some ghost writing and editing whenever I can. Mostly I write for me and what I'm going through. It's a beautiful life. This overview will see itself change as My 9 Week Life Flip Challenge wills the progression. Thank you for you on my journey. Maybe someday we will meet up, for now let's grow together.
O' about working on something I've been putting off for a while or long time.....
- That's me, and it's what lead to this journaling on these platforms. I found that I have had created a very beautiful life, both in spirit and in form. Such a beautiful creation perfectly fitted for me but I did not fit it perfectly nor did I understand it. From my love for JD (Jack Daniels) to my resentment of negativity which is now lost in time because there are no justified resentments, at all. This is how I intersect my self discovery because y'all help me grow and so should I show you my lows so that when I get to my greatest version y'all will know how it's been and why I value you so much. With that I thank you and let bygones be bygones.
Light and love
