Hello Mammoths, hope you’re all having a great week. We have a short update to get you up to speed on our latest developments.
First, up for the casino, progress is being made every day. Our developers are planning to roll the casino-style games out in phases. Originally we had thought to launch everything at once, but after feedback from the team, investors, and testers we decided that a phased approach would better suit the needs of the project.
After our beta test period, we realized that most vendors would ask for a payment to host their live dealers, slots, and other games. However, since we only take xBLZD as a betting currency it would need to be sold to pay them. This did not fit our standards of excellence. We want the casino to focus on xBLZD price appreciation, burn mechanics, and deflationary tokenomics. This is why we are taking a little bit more time to bring you something truly exciting. We are fast-tracking our on-chain games to ensure that the foundation of the casino is transparent, fair, and keeps the profits in xBLZD. Once implemented, we can slowly add on other features with a more calculated approach.
Here are the phases we are planning:
Phase 1 - On Chain Games
On-chain games will be critical to the success of the casino. These games allow full transparency with each transaction. One of the key advances with this strategy is that it does not require us to liquidate any xBLZD profits to pay our vendors for access to them. This is why it’s extremely important that they become the foundation of the casino. These games will include Dice, Lotto Wheel, and Coin Flip at launch, but more on-chain games (such as slots) will be added shortly after. Each of these games will be provably fair and build trust in the future of the casino.
Keep your eyes peeled for some great early bird (mammoth?) promotions as well. We intend to greatly reward our early adopters and make sure TUSK holders are taken care of. We are extremely excited to get everyone playing these excellent games.
Phase 2 - Live Games
Previously we wanted to have Blackjack and other games featuring a real dealer at launch. This feature has been pushed back to Phase 2 after feedback on our beta site. We have run into some issues fully integrating this the way we want it. It took data and testing to recognize this. The extra time it will take to develop this feature will be worth it, as our relationship with the vendor has grown during the testing period and we now have more options both in functionality and aesthetics. This means we could do something like creating a Mammoth Games exclusive table where the actual felt countertop has our logo! Perhaps the cards are blue and Mammoth-themed. Exciting!
Phase 3 - Games, Games, Games!
Our final phase will feature multiplayer poker, blackjack, slots, and other traditional casino games. These will likely take the most time as we are focusing heavily on the user experience, creating the right branding, and delivering the best service possible. We intend to focus heavily on marketing with poker tournaments, charity events, and lots of celebrity participation. This will be huge!

Since we’re moving some of our off-chain games on-chain, there will be a slight delay versus our original plan to launch right when TUSK staking ends. We expect the first phase to start just a few weeks after TUSK staking is over. Currently, we are targeting Friday, September 10th to begin Phase 1 for the general public. But don’t worry, you’ll be able to stake your TUSK and TUSK-BNB LP for some great rewards in the meantime while we put the finishing touches on this ambitious endeavor and profits start to roll in.
