Financially speaking, I'm getting taken to the cleaner on rent, which is okay, I still make a lot of money.  

But I really don't like this landlord.  

They're arrogant and I really want to take them down a notch.  

What can I do to wreak havoc on this house in a way that won't bear legal or financial repercussions for myself?
