Fancy a morning treat ? We’ve got you covered!
2 cups oatmeal flour
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp baking powder
4 tbsp blueberries
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp coconut oil
A pinch of salt and cinnamon
Stir all ingredients together! Melt the coconut oil in a (nonstick) pan and pour in the dough! Cook at medium heat until golden brown on both sides! Top with sliced banana and coconut flakes
