Ingredients Dough:
for the Paste (use a 25cm X 25cm Baking tin):
1 cup rye flour
1/2 cup painted hazelnuts
1/2 cup butter (we used self made almond-butter and some normal butter)
1 egg yolk
salt
Interior ingredients:
5-8 Asparagus green or white, cleaned and cooked
2 courgette, sliced and grilled
Sauce:
3 eggs
3/4 cup Philadelphia cheese or creme fraiche

Instructions:
Put all ingredients together on a work surface (not yet egg yolk) and mix them well. Add the egg yolk, knead the dough until soft and put it in a cling film in the fridge. (25min)
Take the dough out of the fridge and roll it out to the approximate size. Place it carefully in the baking tin and make a slightly thicker rim with the ends.(you can also use your fingers to but the paste in every angle)
Sauté the courgettes in a skillet and cook the asparagus for 5-10 minutes in boiling water.
Put 2 eggs in a bowl and mix them gently, then stir in the Philadelphia cheese. Add the zucchini.
Give now the sauce on top of the paste and last add the asparagus.
Bake for 40min. 160°C Enjoy!
