Today we went to the farmers marked and have you seen what we found... Jerusalem artichokes and black cabbage sprouts 🌸

Ingredience:
6 Jerusalem Artichokes
1 free-range Egg
1tbsp. chickpea flour (or wholemeal)
Salt, pepper, nutmeg
a handful black cabbage sprouts
Instructions:
1. Mix the grated Jerusalem artichokes with egg and flour. Taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
2. Heat oil in a skillet. With a spoon add the paste to the skillet and sauté the patties (ca. 3min on both sides). Serve with sprout salad. Enjoy!
