Kind in mind this is BETA, I have seen thing change drastically so far.

Everyone starts with a Farmer & home, who collects wheat and uses the water to grow it. If you have an ALFA fountain from your referrals you can place that near your wheat & tree farm so they grow faster! If you have Ponds on your land this is a great thing! Anything planted next to or near by will automatically get water; The grass is greener around ponds and marsh land. This can save you some time and wells that are placed near land will fill faster.

I suggest to optimize your LAND: All Homes and storage units need to go near DIRT ROADS

My next suggestion is to remove a few ponds for more money and install some wheat, sugar cane, trees, water tower, a lumberjack, two wood sheds and another farmer. You want to optimize your land and build up to a windmill.. This is where you can start to produce FLOUR, which current sale for $40k in game currency.

Once you reach "10 ITEMS" you can load up your Trade DEPOT and sale. Wood & Sugar cane are best to sell when you 1st begin your journey.

As you build up to a windmill you will see the great return from flour. **NOTE keep your costs low. You don't want to run out of money or gas!!**
