Unlike traditional gaming, Stradall integrates automobiles with real-life characteristics recorded on non-fungible tokens (NFTs), providing an immutable record that ensures data security in the digital space. By acquiring NFT cards, users gain a piece of virtual identity that grants them access to primary and secondary markets. This exchange process generates daily royalties in the form of METANOL, Stradall's native currency, which is also a fuel behind its Metaverse ecosystem. By integrating multiple ecosystems and upgrading the traditional gaming model, Stradall becomes a pioneer of the new digital era.

​​With the purpose of finding out more about the project and its place in the novel paradigm of Web3 and Metaverse, I approached CEO, of Stradall, Julien Couderc, to have a conversation about the opportunities and challenges encapsulated within the current digital landscape.

  Hi Julien, nice to meet you! Can you tell me more about what specifically drew you to Web3 and Metaverse, as well as what prompted you to initiate Stradall?

  Julien: Hi, very bullish to speak with you here and thank you very much for that. What drew me to Web3 and the Metaverse was the potential to create an entirely new digital world where users have control over their virtual assets and identities through decentralized systems. It's exciting to be at the forefront of this emerging technology that has the power to revolutionize the way we interact with each other online. As for Stradall, I saw an opportunity to combine my passion for gaming and automotive with the power of Web3 and the Metaverse to create a truly unique gaming experience, that we are making.​​

  More holistically, how would you define your project’s mission?

  Julien: Our project's mission is to create an immersive gaming platform that integrates real-world automotive characteristics with Web3 and the Metaverse. We want to provide a gaming experience very entertaining but also profitable and sustainable for our users. We believe in the power of blockchain technology to revolutionize the gaming industry, and we're excited to be a part of this change.

  Can you tell me about a particularly challenging aspect of developing a Metaverse-powered gaming platform, and how your team attained this task?

  Julien: One of the most challenging aspects of developing a Metaverse-powered gaming platform is ensuring that the user experience is seamless and user-friendly while also incorporating complex blockchain technology. Our team tackled this challenge by dedicating significant time to researching and understanding the technology to ensure that we could create a platform that is both technically sound and accessible to a broad audience.

  How does your team manage to maintain successful balance between the technical demands of Web3 integration and the creative aspects of game design?

  Julien: Our team has a unique combination of technical expertise and creative talent ( from Moonpay, Activision Blizzard, MIT Media Labs etc ) allowing us to balance the technical demands of Web3 integration with the creative aspects of game design. We work collaboratively to ensure that we are creating a platform that is both technically sophisticated and engaging for users.

  Can you tell us about a particularly successful collaboration or partnership that your company has had thus far?

  Julien: We've had several successful collaborations and partnerships thus far, but the ones that stands out is our partnerships with the Immutable X blockchain, Moonpay and Microsoft. These partnerships have allowed us to integrate our platform with their blockchain technology, providing a more secure and transparent gaming experience for our users.

  How does your company approach community-building and engagement in a decentralized environment?

  Julien: Community-building and engagement are essential in a decentralized environment, and we prioritize this through active engagement on social media platforms and forums. We listen to user feedback and suggestions and incorporate this feedback into the development of our platform.

  Could you please outline some of the basic rules of the game? What are the types of the cards available on Stradall markets?

  Julien: Stradall is a racing management game where players can purchase digital collectibles cards that represent real-life cars with unique attributes. These NFTs can be traded on primary and secondary markets and generate daily royalties in ETH our native currency, METANOL. The objective of the game is to win races and collect rare and valuable cards to increase your earnings. You will choose with four different rarity cards to make your dream garage and participate to three different game play. 

  Generally, how do you see the Metaverse and Web3 changing the future of gaming? What role will Stradall play in the forthcoming transformation?

  Julien: The Metaverse and Web3 have the potential to transform the gaming industry by providing a more immersive and user-controlled gaming experience. Stradall plays a crucial role in this transformation by combining the strengths of Web3, the Metaverse, and decentralized gaming to create a unique and profitable gaming experience.

  Can you tell us about a particularly exciting project or feature in development on your Metaverse-powered gaming platform?

  Julien: We have several exciting projects and features in development, but one that we are particularly excited about is the daily royalties strategy for all, to reward each owner. Owners can earn rewards when a card of lesser rarity of same car model is sold on primary and secondary market, we share royalties with all community!
