BEWARE of Yobit.net - if you should ever think about using Yobit.net, please do yourself a favor and look for a different Exchange.
That is what has happened:
Four weeks ago they started an official Airdrop to promote their own coin YoDa. Nothing wrong about it, especially after other exchanges, did the same as Binance or KuCoin. Claiming some of these Tokens was reasonable - as always some tasks to do through Telegram. The tokens itself didn't appear on their platform they were associated with the email address from the Telegram account.
A week ago they announced they will enable trading YoDa on their platform on February 4th. A few hours before the actual trading should be allowed they allowed to transfer the YoDa tokens from Telegram to their Exchange. But instead of finding those tokens in a wallet on the exchange platform, they created an 'Investbox' which can be mainly used for staking. All tokens were instantly 'invested', preventing users to sell tokens. Staking takes 24 hours for 1% return and requires to do more social media activities.
All this information had to be acquired through investigation and talking to other users who experienced the same. Up until now, the system doesn't recognize those activities to even get this 1 %. Support is pretty much non-existent. No response to my tickets for 4 days. No official statement on Telegram.
However, I am glad I never used them and I never will! Simpy, stay away!
