Bakkt begins testing the Bitcoin application for Starbucks

The Bakkt platform has begun testing the Bakkt Cash option in the Starbucks application ,

through which consumers can pay for purchases in the cafe network.

Users must sign up for Early Access to use Bakkt Cash.

The full release date has not yet been announced.

In the future ,

Bakkt will expand the functionality of the application ,

adding loyalty points to it.
