BORN WITH NO PAPER ATTACHED
When you are born you bring nothing with you. Naked you arrive. You have nothing to identify you, no paper ID to prove who you are. You are God’s pure creation. Your relations, friends, neighbours don’t request to see your ID before they interact with you.
Likewise through your life your paper ID wasn’t requested when interacting with businesses, cafes, swimming pools, public spaces and in some instances work. People often don’t request to see your ID when you move into a share house nor when you start an intimate romantic relationship.
MARITIME LAW ESTABLISHED 1666
In 1666, after the black plague, the Cestui Que Vie Act was successfully passed in London, unbeknownst to the general population. It was through this act in 1666 that the law of the sea was successfully imposed on the land. When the then ruling class instigated the use of paper certificates to identify men and women.
The act subrogated the rights of men and women, all men and women were declared dead, lost at sea. The state could then take custody of everybody and their property into a trust.
Through this act men and woman become a fiction, a concept, expressed through a name. That legal person has no consciousness; it is a juristic person. ENS LEGIS, a word written on a piece of paper. When you interact via your paper ID you are agreeing that you are government property.
WHY PAPER?
There are two ways to interact with the legal system as a lifeless corporation through your paper ID or as a living man/woman.
When you interact with a government establishment through your paper ID you are granting them authority over you. You have entered into a contract agreeing to the legal jurisdiction.
As a physical living man/woman no establishment can assert legal authority over you. Instead governments are there to serve and facilitate your needs.
When you chose to act as a physical living entity and make it clear you are not going to be ‘re-represented’ through paper, the acts, bills and legislations will hold no claim over you. You will only be accountable to laws.
ILLEGAL VS UNLAWFUL
Illegal is the breach of a rule written by politicians that apply only to consenting members of the society. Many people don't realise that your consent is needed, but you do not have to consent.
Unlawful is an action that violates the rights of another, usually involving harm, loss, injury or fraud.
COURT CASES TO TEST LEGISLATION
The court system is black and white. If you present your case and it is backed up by a legitimate argument and evidence you will win. Unless the Judge is compromised he/she has no choice but to respond fairly to the case presented.
However the costs associated with challenging legislation in some countries makes it close to impossible for the average citizen to do. Thus new legislations repeatedly go untested.
QR CONTROL
We now see a new tier of control being established around us, ushered in via Covid-19 regulations, in the guise of maintaining public health. You can no longer walk freely into many businesses from pubs, gyms to restaurants. Instead you must present a QR code linked to your health status.
Presently your QR code is only connected to your ‘health’ status. In the future it could, and most likely will, be connected to your credit score and to a central bank digital currency.
Will we allow this new level of control on super steroids?
