Bitcoin has reached a value of over $8,000 again on 07/01/2020. This is the first time it gets to this point after the end of November 2019 when it fall from nearly $9,500 to about $8,000. The biggest cryptocurrency had already made a $200 jump in the early hours of the day and during the afternoon / evening time it went up rapidly to a current value of more than $8k.

This may be caused by the crisis between the US and Iran which could lead to an increased demand for alternative currencies, like crypto assets but other factors may be responsible as well. When BTC reached $8,000 it immediately made a huge jump of nearly $100 in less than an hour which may be caused by a buy signal at this limit.

We will see how the Bitcoin price will develop in the next days and weeks but it seems like we are on a good way to reach $10,000 soon. More than a 6% value increase in one single day definitely supports this theory. But it is still a long way to go.

In any case: Bitcoin is more exciting than ever before (well, except 2017...)!
