Organic Stacking

When people talk about how you can become an "overnight" millionaire in crypto, they usually cut out the gruelling period of stacking. For some, it is a straight-up decision with a large volume of fiat dumped into the system to pick up coins, while for others, it is a gruelling period of stacking that could span months or years.

I got into crypto on the 17th of December 2017, and just like everyone else, I had goals. When I got in, I had only short term goals to basically make ends meet and I was able to meet my targets since that didn't require much anyways.

In the months that passed, those short term goals morphed into dreams and aspirations that I intend to pass on to my children. The pleb that came into crypto with the hope of monetising content is now a pleb that intends to accumulate coins like Mr. Krabbs and pass it on to my kids.

Truth is that I've always thought of things that promised overnight riches as sketchy. So just like @edicted, coming to terms with the slow burner style of accumulating wasn't so hard.

I got into the crypto game for absolutely free, at a time when there wasn't even resource credit to hinder my participation and so, I didn't require any sort of hive power outside the 15 that came with my account. I started from scratch, made friends, learnt the ropes and grew my account into what it is today.

I put a lot of effort into the things I publish but if I was being honest, rewards come from the connections you make. It is an activity that you do in perpetuity and it is rewarding both financially and emotionally, as I've made actual friends in the process.

Hive is an interesting platform that helps you monetise your content and it is probably the best place to accumulate coins organically.

Through those upvotes and curation rewards, you can turn your effort into a currency that enables you buy stuff OR, also helps you buy more coins.

My short term goal was to buy stuff and while I still sell sometimes whenever issues arise, my main goal is ultimately to accumulate as many coins as possible to leverage the immense potential that this blockchain holds.

Through this organic approach of stacking coins, I have been able to diversify, particularly into Hive-engine tokens and some other coins like Vite, Ethereum and AVA. All things being equal, I won't have to see any of them and I'll have my coins available when the bulls go marching in.
