I have had my fair share of stress when it comes to crypto. Making money, losing money, spending to much money and so on. I have learned through my baby years of Crypto that stress does not help your concentration and creates a environment no one wants to be in. 

The best way to try to understand this different world is to take it one day at a time and use it as a time to connect with yourself and learn about something new and interesting and maybe one day bring you money. 

I started dealing in the Crypto world about 4 years ago and I have made a nice little amount. If I would have stuff with it for the whole 4 years I would be doing a lot better right now with my Crypto but I am happy with where I am at. Now a days there are so many other ways to earn Crypto and just stock up and use exchanges to save up in just your select coins. Now this is a slow process and you have to set up a couple wallets but once it is all together and everything is going smoothly you will start to have a little bit of Crypto coming in every month. I have gotten the majority of my Crypto from faucets. 

Back to the point of this post, just relax and take control and go slow and steady. If something bothers you or you cant figure something out take a break and a deep breath and just give yourself a little bit to relax and look at the situation in a different way.
