From the ZCore GitHub page:
ZCore is an experimental digital currency that enables anonymous, instant payments to anyone, anywhere in the world. ZCore uses peer-to-peer technology to operate with no central authority: managing transactions and issuing money are carried out collectively by the network. ZCore is the name of the open source software which enables the use of this currency.
The description is not specific, but instant and anonymous are good features. A block time of 1 minute means there will be lots of empty blocks and to run a full node will require a lot of storage and long startup times to sync. The advantage though is quick confirmation times and lower transaction fees.
The market cap is $47k USD with a circulating supply of 8M.
