Miss world 2021 like any other year has attracted the beautiful queens from around to world to contest for the crown. The competition is tough but may the best beauty with brains win! One of the Miss World 2021 contestants is Botswana's very own young beauty queen, Palesa Molefe whose natural beauty has caught the eyes of many fans from all around the world. It is her beauty and her well rounded intelligence and brains that scored her the Miss Botswana 2021 title and earning her a position in the 2021 Miss world competitions.

Palesa is currently working as an Actress, Writer and Producer, and is the founder of Botswana United Artists, an NGO founded to illuminate the value of artists and mental health in society. Her proudest moment was when the agency was finally registered as an NGO. Palesa has a fear of not trying hard enough. ‘The Notebook’ is her favourite film by Jan Sardi and her favourite on line blog is ‘DIY Hacks.’ Personal Motto: ‘Make beautiful things, even if no one notices.

One of the requirements the beauty queens have to meet is to develop a project "Beauty with a Purpose" of which they outline how they are going to be of benefit to the society. The project need to stress the cofounding principles of a society and have a meaningful and tangible impact on the society. Well, Palesa's 'Lore lo ojwa lo sale metsi' project is the perfect project to a nation like Botswana were culture is still practiced and disadvantages some individuals especially children in many ways relating to mental health!
