Fun facts:
This song is in the key of Dm and the stratocaster which plays the main guitar part is tuned to DADGAD.
Pete loved the solo at the end and would play air guitar to it, sometimes in his kitchen with an open packet of rice in hand.
He would report by text message a monumental spillage from time to time.
Two tracks of guitar feedback from the Ice Maiden were recorded for this song and both run for the entire length of it, causing local neighbourly disgruntlement chez Zak.
A little twinkly keyboard was used and plays exactly the same notes during the D section and the Eb section, neither of which it is quite in tune with.
